Privacy notice
Your data, plainly.
Last updated 12 October 2026. This notice explains what TalkToYes ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, work email, website, role, phone number if you give it, the kind of business you run, your priorities, your markets, a rough size, and any note you add.
- Calculator inputs if you ask us to email you a report: the numbers you entered and your email.
- Booking details if you pick a time: the scheduling tool shares your booking with us.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, kept in standard server logs.
We do not ask for your sales figures, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, arrange and run your demo, and prepare for it by looking at your public website.
- To send you the report or information you asked for.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you so we can follow up properly.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We use your details because you asked us to contact you, or because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to and follow up on a business enquiry. We will not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and our sales process, under their own security and privacy terms: website hosting, email delivery, our customer records system, and our scheduling tool. They process your data for us and may store it outside your country. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as we are talking to you and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have further rights. Use the form on our booking page with a short note, or reply to any email we have sent you, and we will act on it within 30 days.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and held with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything you consider highly sensitive through the website forms.
Third-party content
If you book a time, the booking calendar is provided by a third-party scheduling service that may set its own cookies. Its own privacy terms apply to what you enter there.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
